By using Tapped Decks ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
Service Description
Tapped Decks is a free Magic: The Gathering Commander deck building tool. We provide AI-powered deck recommendations, card synergy analysis, community features, and purchasing links to help players build and share Commander decks.
User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the platform, including but not limited to spamming, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
AI Features
You must not abuse the AI deck building features, including sending excessive requests, attempting to extract system prompts, or using the AI output for purposes unrelated to deck building.
Community Content
When publishing decks or comments, you must not post offensive, abusive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
Magic: The Gathering
Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC. All card names, mana symbols, and related imagery are property of Wizards of the Coast. Tapped Decks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.
Card Data
Card data and images are sourced from Scryfall, which provides them under fair use. Price data is sourced from TCGPlayer. Synergy data is sourced from EDHREC.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the decks you create. By publishing a deck to the community, you grant other users the right to view and interact with it.
Account Registration & Consent
Account Creation
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Data We Collect
When you register, we collect your email address, username (if provided), and account preferences. We also store your deck data, voting activity, and comments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Marketing Communications
During registration, you may opt in to receive marketing emails including product updates, promotions, new features, and community highlights from Tapped Decks. This consent is entirely optional and does not affect your ability to use the Service. You may withdraw your consent at any time by updating your account preferences or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@tappeddecks.com. Upon deletion, your personal data, saved decks, and comments will be permanently removed. Published community decks may be anonymized rather than deleted.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tapped Decks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, deck information, or any purchases made through third-party links.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
