Tapped Decks("Tapped Decks") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.
Magic: The Gathering card names, text, images, and art are the property of Wizards of the Coast and the respective artists and are used as unofficial Fan Content under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. This policy concerns user-submitted content (such as deck names, descriptions, comments, reviews, and profile images) and other material hosted on Tapped Decks.
Reporting Infringement (Takedown Notice)
If you believe content on Tapped Decks infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the designated agent that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
