Legendary Creature — Tiefling Warrior
Haste {2}, {T}: When you next cast an instant or sorcery spell that targets only a single opponent or a single permanent an opponent controls this turn, for each other opponent, choose that player or a permanent they control, copy that spell, and the copy targets the chosen player or permanent.
“Tricolor spell-copier that turns single-target removal into table-wide answers.”
Zevlor is a political copycat that turns single-target spells into multi-target effects, turning your removal and burn into table-wide answers. You tap him and pay two mana, then the next instant or sorcery you cast that targets one opponent or their permanent gets copied for each other opponent at the table. This means a simple Lightning Bolt becomes three bolts in a four-player game, or a Counterspell bounces three creatures instead of one. The deck rewards playing cheap, efficient single-target interaction—removal, bounce, theft effects, and burn—that become exponentially more powerful with Zevlor's ability.
Your game plan is to play a tempo-control shell that answers threats while dealing cumulative damage across the table. Zevlor comes down early (turn three or four), and from there you're leveraging cheap instants and sorceries as both answer and wincon. Cards like Swords to Plowshares, Spell Pierce, and Unholy Heat do double or triple duty once Zevlor is online. You can also abuse mass-effect spells or steal effects to pressure multiple opponents simultaneously.
Wins come through a mix of commander damage (Zevlor swings for 4 with haste), accumulated burn damage from spell copying, and control-based attrition. The deck is flexible and reactive—it wins by staying alive, controlling the board, and converting efficient removal into a damage engine.

Skip expensive counterspells like Force of Will and Fury of Wind; use Counterspell, Spell Pierce, and Unholy Heat instead. Cheap red removal like Lightning Bolt, Shattering Blow, and Skullcrack replaces pricey tutors.
