Wiccan is a tempo-control commander that temporarily removes your opponents' threats while keeping them off-balance. Every noncreature spell you cast exiles a permanent and returns it at end of step—this lets you dodge targeted removal, neutralize problematic artifacts or enchantments, and create windows for your own gameplan. The deck wants to chain instant-speed noncreature spells (cantrips, counters, bounce, card draw) to trigger Wiccan repeatedly, exiling key enemy resources and buying time. You're playing a controlling role early, disrupting opponents' board while Wiccan beats down in the air, then finish with combat damage once the table stabilizes.
