Uldaros Theorix

Uldaros Theorix is a graveyard-to-hand value engine that rewards you for filling your bin with a diverse mix of card types. When he enters, you exile one card of each type from your graveyard, copy them, and can cast up to 6 mana worth of those copies for free—flipping permanents into tokens and untapped spells into instant/sorcery effects. The deck wants to mill itself early via surveil, self-discard, and targeted graveyard fills, stocking your bin with instants, sorceries, creatures, artifacts, enchantments, and planeswalkers so Uldaros has maximum targets when he resolves. You're essentially getting a tutor-and-cast effect compressed into one trigger, turning your graveyard into a second hand.

Win conditions flow from tempo and value. You'll generate mana efficiency (free 6-mana plays), card advantage (copying spells), and token production (creatures enter as tokens), then either swing with a growing board, lock opponents out via token Planeswalkers, or chain value until one of those angles overruns them. Since the deck leans heavy on Surveil and flashback, you have multiple ways to restock the yard between Uldaros activations, and cards that mill opponents or create aristocrat value chains turn your strategy into a longer game.
