Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor
Allons-y! — Whenever you attack, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card. Put three time counters on it. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. Timey-Wimey — {7}: Time travel three times. Activate only as a sorcery. (For each suspended card you own and each permanent you control with a time counter on it, you may add or remove a time counter. Then do it two more times.)
“Exile and suspend your way to victory while attacking with time-bending tempo plays.”
The Tenth Doctor is a tempo-meets-combo commander that rewards you for attacking while building toward an explosive mana sink. His front ability mills cards into a pseudo-suspend engine, letting you cheat out spells over time while you're actively dealing damage. This creates a nice dual axis: you're pressuring opponents early while setting up delayed payoffs. The real juice comes from the Timey-Wimey ability, which lets you manipulate time counters on your suspended cards and any permanents carrying them. By clocking counters up and down, you can flash in multiple spells the same turn, stack triggers, or even suspend additional cards as they hit the battlefield. The deck naturally wants cheap interaction, cantrips, and cards that benefit from being cast or that reward suspend mechanics.

Skip pricey cantrips like Murktide and Subtlety; lean on basics like Opt, Ponder, and Unholy Heat instead—they're much cheaper and still trigger Allons-y!
