Legendary Creature — Human Advisor
When The Mouth of Sauron enters, target player mills three cards. Then amass Orcs X, where X is the number of instant and sorcery cards in that player's graveyard. (Put X +1/+1 counters on an Army you control. It's also an Orc. If you don't control an Army, create a 0/0 black Orc Army creature token first.)
“Mill opponents' instants and sorceries to amass an unstoppable Orc Army.”
The Mouth of Sauron is a self-contained mill engine that rewards you for putting instants and sorceries in opponents' graveyards. When it enters, it mills a player and then creates or pumps an Orc Army token based on how many instant/sorcery cards ended up in their graveyard. The deck wants to lean into both the milling plan and the Orc Army payoffs—you're simultaneously filling enemy graveyards (which weakens their resources and fuels your amass triggers) while building a growing army token.
Your core gameplan revolves around milling enough instants and sorceries to amass large Orc Armies, then swinging in for damage. You can amplify this by running other mill effects (Glimpse the Unthinkable, Fraying Sanity) to ensure you hit plenty of spells in graveyards, and include sacrifice outlets or token-synergy cards to maximize your Orc payoff. Since amass creates a single token that grows, any anthem effects or card draw tied to Army tokens become very valuable.
The deck wins through a combination of combat damage from your ever-growing Orc Army and incidental mill damage. It's a grindy, tempo-focused strategy that punishes spell-heavy decks while providing a proactive clock.

Use Dimir staples like Stitcher's Supplier and Hedron Crab instead of pricey alternatives like Snapcaster Mage; budget mill like Merfolk Secretkeeper does the job well.
