The Beamtown Bullies is all about turning your graveyard into a weapon by forcing opponents to reanimate your creatures—then watching those creatures attack everyone but you. You fill your graveyard with efficient creatures that either have enter-the-battlefield effects or deal damage when they attack, then tap the Bullies to put them onto opponents' battlefields goaded. Since the creatures are exiled at end of step, you're not really giving away anything permanent, and you get to profit from the chaos twice: once from the creature entering, and again from it attacking a different player.
Your deck should focus on filling your graveyard early with self-mill, discard outlets, and sacrifice effects, while packing creatures with strong ETB abilities like Siege Rhino, Fury, or even simple damage-dealers like Guttural Wurm. The goading effect means opponents' creatures are forced to bash each other instead of attacking you, buying time while you build a board presence. This turns a seemingly fragile commander into a political control deck that punishes greedy opponents.
