“Flying threat + removal engine that scales into a Voltron finisher.”
Storm, Shaker of Skies is a flying threat that doubles as a removal engine. Your gameplan centers on casting Storm early and protecting it while it clears opposing threats—especially other flyers and problem artifacts or enchantments that could lock you down. Since Storm naturally survives most combat and removal attempts, you'll build around making it bigger and harder to stop: equipment, +1/+1 counters, and board wipes that leave your flyer intact. The deck wins through commander damage fueled by equipment synergies and counterspell-resistant threats that swing through in the air.
Your mana base supports casting Storm by turn 4–5, then pivoting to Voltron-style deployment with card draw engines and evasion. Green gives you creature ramp and explosive plays; the flying body means you skip a lot of ground combat while you set up. Teamwork synergies and new Plan enchantments (especially those that trigger on creatures entering) stack with Storm's enters-the-battlefield effect to generate incremental advantage. You're not trying to go infinite; instead, you're grinding out incremental value while a flying 4/3 (soon much larger) deals consistent, evasive damage.
