Legendary Creature — Mutant Hero
Flying, vigilance Ceaseless Tempest — Whenever Storm deals combat damage to a player, the next instant or sorcery spell you cast this turn has storm. (When you cast it, copy it for each spell cast before it this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.)
“Evasive flyer that turns spells into storm engines after combat damage.”
Storm, Force of Nature is a flying beater that turns your spells into storm engines. Your main gameplan is to get combat damage through with Storm, then cast cheap instants or sorceries to copy them multiple times via the storm mechanic. The beauty of this commander is that storm math gets absurd fast—even a modest spell like Lightning Bolt becomes a game-ending spell after a few turns of casting cheap cantrips or interaction. You're playing Izzet-Green tempo: evasive threats, card draw, and lots of one-mana or two-mana spells to fuel explosive turns.
Wins come from spellslinger damage or outright control. Once you're copying burn spells or card-draw effects, you're either burning opponents out directly or drawing so many cards that you assemble a combo or have lethal on board. The deck plays smoothly in midgame where you chip in with Storm and hold up mana for instants, then pivots to going all-in once you hit critical mass. Storm rewards you for playing an interactive, spell-heavy shell rather than forcing you into pure storm combo.

Use budget cantrips like Opt and Consider instead of Scalding Tarn; swap Spell Pierce and Spell Snare for Mana Leak and Counterspell is optional—the deck runs fine on interaction staples.
