Legendary Creature — Dragon Bureaucrat
Flying Whenever Stet attacks, you may exile a card from your graveyard. When you do, Stet deals 4 damage to any target whose name begins with the same letter as the exiled card. {W}: Delete the first letter of target permanent or player's name until end of turn.
“Dragon that exiles graveyard cards to deal targeted damage based on letter matching.”
Stet is a quirky Boros dragon that turns your graveyard into a damage engine. Every time it attacks, you exile a card and deal 4 damage to any target whose name starts with the same letter as that card. The key is filling your graveyard with diverse cards and recognizing which letters appear most in your meta—lands, creatures, and spells all become lethal ammunition.
The secondary ability lets you rename permanents and players by deleting their first letter, which is mostly a fun utility tool (turning "Solemnity" into "olemnity" just to be chaotic) but can occasionally create weird edge cases if you're playing in a rules-heavy environment. Your main game plan is to swing in with Stet multiple times, exile the right cards to hit the right targets, and chip away at opponents. With 4 power and flying, it's a reasonable beatstick on its own, so you're not defenseless if the damage spell plan stalls.

Skip expensive dragons like Scalelord Reckoner and use cheaper flyers like Dragon Fodder or Goblin tokens to fill your deck; replace tutors with Traverse the Outlands or Tithe Taker.
