Strategy
Saheeli, Consul of Oversight is a flying evasion threat that generates value every time you scry or surveil. Your core gameplan is to lean into the new Reality Fracture Surveil theme—cards like Chandra, Chill of Compliance, Enlightened Confidant, and Proctor of Potential trigger Saheeli repeatedly, flooding the board with evasive Thopter tokens while filtering your deck. The tokens stack up to create lethal pressure while your scry/surveil synergies smooth your mana and dig for answers. You win through combat damage from a growing army of flying Thopters, backed by incidental lifegain from cards like Way of the Mentor and Ajani Resolute that further trigger loyalty payoffs.

Key Synergies
Budget Build
Replace expensive planeswalkers like Jace, Reality Sculptor with cheaper scry payoffs like Preordain, Portent, and Mystic Reflection; budget Thopter synergies like Bronze Overseer or Efficient Construction fill token slots.
