Legendary Creature — Human Artificer
When Rona enters, you may exile target historic card from your graveyard. (Artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas are historic.) You may cast spells from among cards exiled with Rona. {4}, {T}: Exile the top card of your library.
“Exile artifacts and legends from your graveyard, cast them repeatedly for value.”
Rona, Disciple of Gix is a graveyard recursion engine that turns your discarded and milled artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas into a second hand. She's essentially a repeatable tutor that also acts as a looser, more flexible library that you can cast from. The core gameplan is filling your graveyard with high-impact historic cards—think mana rocks, card draw artifacts, and utility legendaries—then casting them repeatedly from exile without ever shuffling them back into your deck.
You'll lean into self-mill and discard outlets to stock your graveyard quickly, then leverage Rona's exile ability to turn those discards into temporary resources. Her activated ability to mill cards turns her into a pseudo-card advantage engine when you've got nothing else to cast. Most wins come from grinding out value: recasting Solemn Simulacrum, reinstating Baleful Strix, or looping a Murderous Cut over several turns until opponents can't rebuild faster than you're dismantling them.

Skip pricey legends like Mox Amber and use budget mana rocks (Darksteel Ingot, Sky Diamond) and common self-mill spells (Thought Scour, Stitcher's Supplier) instead.
