Strategy
Pelia, Immortal Innovator is your ticket to a tempo-focused control deck that disrupts opponents while building your own board presence. Her enters-the-battlefield effect bounces an opposing creature, letting you reset threats, protect your own board, and buy time for your strategy. The real engine comes from blinking her repeatedly—flicker effects like Soulherder, Ephemerate, or Ephemerase turn her into a repeatable bounce machine that shuts down aggressive strategies while you establish control.
Your gameplan revolves around survival and incremental advantage. Lean into blue's classic tools: draw spells, counterspells, and creatures with useful ETB effects. Pair Pelia with other blink targets (like Mulldrifter, Solitude, or Yorion creatures) to generate a snowballing value engine. Eventually, your 3/3 flyer beats down for commander damage, or your accumulated advantage (from all that card draw and tempo) lets you stabilize and grind out a win. This isn't a fast deck—it's a control deck that's also a threat.
