Ovika, Enigma Goliath is a spell-slinging token generator that rewards you for casting instants and sorceries. Every noncreature spell you cast spawns a bunch of 1/1 Phyrexian Goblins with haste, scaling with that spell's mana value. Your gameplan is to chain together cheap and mid-cost spells—cantrips, removal, card draw—to build a wide board of hasty tokens that can go wide for damage or sacrifice for value. Ovika herself is a beefy flyer that pressures opponents while your tokens do the heavy lifting.
The deck wants to be tempo-focused, mixing instant-speed interaction with card advantage and token generation. You'll lean into UR's strengths: cheap cantrips like Consider and Miscast, draw spells like Ledger Shredder, and playable removal.
