Legendary Creature — Shapeshifter
Changeling Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, if it targets one or more other permanents you control, create a token that's a copy of one of those permanents. When a spell or ability an opponent controls causes you to discard this card, create a token that's a copy of target permanent.
“Clone your best permanents every spell you cast—build an army and win with tempo.”
Orvar, the All-Form is a clone engine that rewards you for casting spells that target your own permanents. Every instant or sorcery that touches one of your creatures or artifacts creates a free copy, turning card draw, protection spells, and cantrips into token generators. Your goal is to build a board of increasingly valuable copies—think duplicating your best creatures, mana rocks, or utility creatures—while digging through your deck with spell velocity.
The deck plays like a tempo-control shell that gradually pivots into a token swarm. Early game, you're using cheap targeted spells to duplicate mana dorks or cantrip creatures, ramping and drawing cards simultaneously. Mid-game, you're cloning larger threats or flicker targets. By late game, you've amassed a team of copies and can either swing for lethal or chain spells into a massive turn. The beauty is that many of your pieces (Snapcaster Mage, Soulherder, Sea Gate Oracle) do real work independently, so you're never stuck waiting for Orvar.

Skip pricey tutors like Mystical Tutor; lean on efficient cantrips (Opt, Consider) and budget blink creatures (Ephemerate, Soulherder) instead of Solitude.
