Memnarch is a slow-burn control commander that turns everything into artifacts and then steals them. Your game plan is to survive the early turns while you ramp into Memnarch, then systematically convert your opponents' best permanents into artifacts and seize control of them. Once you've got a critical mass of stolen goods, you can either bludgeon everyone with their own creatures or lock them out entirely.
The deck wants cheap ways to generate mana and blue card draw to accelerate into your commander. Once Memnarch lands, you'll spend your turn making threats into artifacts with the first ability, then stealing them with the second ability. The beauty is that you're turning indestructible creatures, planeswalkers, and utility lands into artifacts—suddenly your opponents' key pieces work for you instead. It's a grindy, satisfying game of slowly accumulating value while your opponents watch their decks turn against them.
