Maular, the Next Evolution

Maular, the Next Evolution breaks the color identity rules of Commander, letting you play any big creatures you want regardless of color as long as they cost seven or more mana. Your core gameplan is simple: ramp hard into massive threats, then swing them at opponents while Maular doubles their power and toughness on attack. Since you're cheating the deckbuilding rules, you get access to the best fatties in Magic—imagine playing Eldrazi titans, blue control finishers, and red dragons all in the same green deck. This means you can tailor your threats to specific matchups and always have something devastating to cast.

Winning is gloriously straightforward: you're just turning sideways with enormous creatures. Maular's doubling effect turns your 7-drop into a 20+ power monster, and commander damage becomes a real threat. You'll want lots of ramp to hit seven mana consistently and then chain threats. Since your creatures are already huge, even light evasion or simple combat tricks seal games quickly. The deck rewards playing the most efficient tutors and mana acceleration in green while filling the rest with any flashy high-impact creatures that fit your color identity flexibility.
