Lt. Cmdr. Geordi La Forge

Geordi La Forge is all about supercharging your artifact game plan by doubling charge counters. This commander turns Spacecraft (the new mechanic from Star Trek) into absolute powerhouses—a Romulan Bird-of-Prey that normally needs 8 counters to activate now hits that threshold in half the time, and other charge-counter artifacts like Magistrate's Scepter or Surge Node become absurdly fast. You're building a blue-based artifact deck that leans into Spacecraft synergies, card draw from artifact creatures, and the new Station mechanic to quickly level up your flying, keyword-granting threats.

Your game plan is straightforward: ramp into Geordi, then start putting charge counters on Spacecraft and other artifacts as fast as possible. Once you hit those thresholds early, your Spacecraft gain flying and other abilities that take over the game. You'll want a suite of ways to put counters on artifacts—Wandering Archaic, Surge Node, Astral Cornucopia, and even newer cards like Romulan Bird-of-Prey that reward noncreature spellcasting. The deck wins through flying artifact creatures dealing combat damage, backed up by card draw to keep your hand full and threats flowing.

This is a tempo-focused midrange deck that rewards efficient artifact plays and patient counter accumulation. You're not storming off or comboing—you're building a board of flying threats that grow faster than opponents can remove them, then swinging in for the win over a few turns.
