Legendary Artifact Creature — Robot Artificer
Haste Whenever Kilo becomes tapped, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
“Tap your robot to proliferate and snowball counters into inevitable victory.”
Kilo, Apogee Mind is a compact engine that rewards you for tapping it—which is easy to do since it has haste. Every tap triggers proliferate, letting you snowball counters across your board. The core gameplan is to build a deck full of permanents with counters (planeswalkers, proliferate-synergy creatures, charge counters on artifacts), then use Kilo's taps to accelerate those counters exponentially. You can tap it multiple times per turn with cards that untap it or grant extra combat steps, turning a single 3/3 into a counter-doubling machine. Once your walkers ultimate, your creatures get huge, or your artifacts go nuclear, the table is finished.
You'll want a mix of things to tap Kilo (equipment with activated abilities, cards like Sword of Feast and Famine, or simple tap outlets) and a high density of permanents that benefit from counters. Planeswalkers are obvious includes, but don't overlook creatures with +1/+1 counters, modular artifacts, and other synergies. The deck plays like a midrange engine that gets better each turn—you're not rushing anyone down early, but by turn 4–5 you'll have a board of scary, ever-growing threats that your opponents can't keep pace with.

Skip pricey planeswalkers early; use budget creatures with counter mechanics like Walking Ballista, Ozolith, the Shattered Spire, and Doubling Season alternatives such as Branching Evolution.
