Legendary Planeswalker — Jace
At the beginning of combat on each opponent's turn, they may pay {2}. If they don't, creatures they control can't attack Jaces you control this turn. +1: Draw two cards, then put a card from your hand on the bottom of your library. −3: Exile another target planeswalker or creature you control. Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature or planeswalker card. Put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. Jace, Multiverse Architect can be your commander.

“Five-color planeswalker tokens + Way enchantments create a loyalty-empowerment engine.”
Jace, Multiverse Architect is a five-color planeswalker commander that builds a card-advantage engine around growing Jace tokens and protecting them from combat damage. Your core gameplan is to cast the commander early, then use its +1 ability to filter your hand while generating resources, and its −3 to chain planeswalkers and creatures into play. The deck wins by accumulating loyalty on multiple Jace tokens simultaneously—often empowered by the "Way of the ___" enchantment cycle—then either swinging in with huge token walkers, using their activated abilities to lock opponents out, or grinding value until opponents can't keep up. The defensive text on Jace also lets you ignore early attacks, buying time to set up your engine.
Support the token-heavy planeswalker strategy with Empower cards like Sanctum Lurker, Jace's Machinations, and Theorist's Proxy to quickly ramp up loyalty. The "Way of" cycle (Pyromancer, Necromancer, Paradox, Cryomancer, Mind Sculptor, Mentor) each seed your Jace tokens with immediate loyalty and grant bonus abilities—ramp, card draw, spell-copying, or extra loyalty triggers. Surveil is your secondary engine: cards like Enlightened Confidant and Chandra, Chill of Compliance smooth your draws and dig for threats while filling the graveyard for flashback or Prepared creatures.
Your backup wincon is combat damage from a army of planeswalker tokens and creature tokens (especially from Ajani and Garruk walkers), or locking the table with planeswalker abilities like Jace, Reality Sculptor's library-exile ultimate. The deck rewards you for playing creatures, casting noncreature spells, gaining life, and activating loyalty abilities—every axis rewards Jace.

Skip expensive mana bases (Scalding Tarn, Verdant Catacombs) and use the "Turbulent" dual lands from FRA; replace pricey tutors like Mystical Tutor with Loyal Tutor; use existing good mid-range planeswalkers like Teferi, Time Raveler or Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord over newer Superfriends staples.
