Legendary Creature — Human Ninja
Ninjutsu {2}{U}{U} ({2}{U}{U}, Return an unblocked attacker you control to hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking.) Whenever Higure deals combat damage to a player, you may search your library for a Ninja card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. {2}: Target Ninja creature can't be blocked this turn.
“Evasive ninja army that tutors itself into existence.”
Higure is your ninja lord and tutor engine rolled into one evasive package. The deck wants to attack early and often with cheap ninja creatures, triggering Higure's damage ability to search your library for more ninjas. Each hit is also a tutor, so you're assembling your ninja army while beating down opponents. Your ninjas are hard to block thanks to ninjutsu—you're either sneaking them in unblocked or bouncing attacking creatures back to hand to re-cast them with ninjutsu triggers. The deck uses the evasion, library tutoring, and ninja lord effects to overwhelm players with tempo and card advantage.
The core gameplan is aggressive but not reckless: play cheap ninja creatures (Ornithopter, Invisible Stalker, etc.), attack unblocked whenever possible, and use ninjutsu to surprise-cast Higure or other ninjas at instant speed. Once Higure lands, each combat damage triggers tutoring, so you're consistently thinning your deck and upgrading your board. The {2} ability keeps your ninjas unblockable for the final push. You'll win through commander damage and evasive creature beats before the table can stabilize.

Skip expensive ninjas like Yuriko—use common unblockable creatures like Ornithopter, Mistcaller, and Invisible Stalker to trigger ninjutsu cheaply, then cut pricey tutors and play more Diabolic Tutors instead.
