Legendary Creature — Elf Soldier
Haldir enters with X +1/+1 counters on it. Vigilance {5}{G}: Until end of turn, other Elves you control gain vigilance and get +1/+1 for each +1/+1 counter on Haldir.
“Elf army leader that pumps the whole team with its +1/+1 counters.”
Haldir is a green go-wide commander that turns +1/+1 counters into a board-wide pump spell. You ramp into Haldir with a big X value, giving it tons of counters right away, then use its activated ability to turn those counters into a temporary army-wide boost. The deck wants to abuse this synergy by filling the board with other Elves—cheap utility creatures that benefit from the pump and attack in for huge damage. You're essentially playing a midrange Elf deck with a built-in finisher in the command zone.
The core gameplay loop is: ramp early, play Haldir with as many counters as possible, pump your team, and attack. Cards that generate counters on Haldir or double-pump effects multiply your damage. Since Haldir and your team have vigilance, you can attack without worry and hold up mana for the activation. The deck scales well with your mana—more ramp means bigger X values and faster wins.

Skip the expensive dual lands and mana dorks like Elvish Archdruid—use basic Forests, Llanowar Elves, and Fyndhorn Elves instead. Budget Elf staples like Lead the Stampede and Imperious Perfect do the job just fine.
