Legendary Creature — Dwarf Advisor
Whenever you cast a historic spell, create a Treasure token. This ability triggers only once each turn. (Artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas are historic.) {T}, Sacrifice a Treasure: Goad target creature. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)
“Treasure engine that goads enemies into attacking each other.”
Glóin, Dwarf Emissary is your treasure engine that rewards you for playing the cards you'd want in Commander anyway. Every historic spell—artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas—generates a Treasure token, which fuels both mana acceleration and the ability to goad opposing creatures. This lets you control the battlefield by forcing threats to attack each other instead of you, turning your ramp into table politics and protection.
Your deck wants to load up on historic permanents that create value: artifact creatures, legendary mana rocks, Sagas that draw cards or create tokens, and recursion spells that bring back legendary creatures. You'll naturally generate tons of mana while disrupting your opponents' combat math. The win comes from either swinging in with your own creatures while blockers are goad-locked, or simply out-grinding the table with a value engine that never stops.
This is a grindy midrange deck that loves redundancy and utility. You're not trying to combo off or storm the table—you're slowly building a board that your opponents can't effectively attack into while you accumulate resources and threats.
