Strategy
Data wants to be a draw-focused blue token generator that rewards you for drawing multiple cards per turn. His 'Seek out' ability triggers whenever you draw your second card each turn, creating two flying Faerie tokens—a steady, repeatable source of evasive creatures that scales with your card draw. The gameplan is to layer in card-draw effects (wheels, cantrips, impulse draws) so you hit that second-card trigger consistently, then turn your token swarm into damage while Data sits back as a resilient 3/4 blocker. You'll lean into artifact synergies and blue's typical control elements to protect your growing army while staying mana-efficient.
The deck wins by swinging with a wide board of flying tokens, potentially boosted by anthem effects, while keeping opponents at bay with counterspells and bounce. Data himself is fairly hard to remove (blue creature), and the token generation is independent of other permanents, making the strategy resilient. This is a "go wide" strategy that rewards disciplined sequencing: hold your card-draw spells to maximize triggers, and use your tokens to either race or hold up interaction.
