Legendary Artifact Creature — Android Scientist
Seek out — Whenever you draw your second card each turn, discover 4. (Exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with mana value 4 or less. Cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom in a random order.)

Strategy
Data, Exploring Humanity is a discover engine that rewards you for drawing extra cards each turn. Every time you draw your second card in a turn, you get to discover 4—exiling cards from your library until you hit something with mana value 4 or less, then casting it for free or putting it in hand. This turns card draw into a consistent stream of free spells, which in blue means you're cheating out interactive spells, mana rocks, and utility creatures at a rapid pace.
To maximize Data's ability, you'll want effects that draw you multiple cards per turn: cantrips, card-draw payoff creatures, and effects like Omen Watcher or Coastal Piracy that ping cards into your hand. The discover mechanic also rewards having a healthy mix of low-mana-value cards (especially 0–4 CMV artifacts, instants, and sorceries) so your library is stacked with hits. This is a midrange-tempo deck that grinds value while staying interactive, eventually overwhelming opponents through sheer card advantage and free spells.
