Legendary Creature — Human Warrior
Dakkon Blackblade's power and toughness are each equal to the number of lands you control.
“Voltron warrior that grows as tall as your mana base—beat down with a flying general.”
Dakkon Blackblade is a elegantly simple threat that grows larger every time you play a land. Your gameplan is to ramp into Dakkon early, then protect him while you accumulate lands to turn him into a massive flyer that dominates the board. Since his power scales directly with your mana base, the deck naturally wants to play lots of lands—both regular ones and utility lands that provide extra value. You're essentially playing a midrange ramp strategy where Dakkon becomes the payoff; the more lands you can deploy (and keep), the faster he deals commander damage.
Winning usually comes down to swinging with an oversized Dakkon once you hit 6–8 lands, potentially cheating out additional lands or using card draw to find them quickly. You can protect him with counterspells and cheap interaction, then ride him to victory. The deck also benefits from flicker effects and bounce spells that can untap and re-deploy Dakkon after he's already huge, or abuse landfall triggers. Since you're in blue-white-black, you have access to board wipes, tutors, and efficient answers to stay alive while your mana base does the heavy lifting.

Skip pricey dual lands and lean on basics plus budget duals like Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds; replace Doubling Season with Anointed Procession or skip it entirely.
