Legendary Creature — Human Villain
Whenever one or more nontoken Villains you control attack a player, you create a 2/1 black Villain creature token with menace. (It can't be blocked except by two or more creatures.)

“Token-slinging Villain aggro that grows exponentially with every attack.”
Crimson Cowl is a token-generating engine that rewards you for attacking with Villains. Every time one or more nontoken Villains you control attack a player, you create a 2/1 menace token — this means she scales beautifully in multiplayer and incentivizes an aggressive, evasive gameplan. Your core strategy is to build a critical mass of Villains (especially evasive ones with flying or unblockable effects), attack repeatedly, and snowball your board into an unstoppable army of tokens. You win through combat damage once your menace tokens overwhelm blockers or your Villains punch through for lethal.
The deck leans into Villain synergies and the new Marvel set's Villain-focused cards. Cheap Villains, cost reducers, and card advantage engines let you reload your hand and fuel consistent attacks. Plan enchantments like Construct a Cosmic Cube reward you for drawing (which happens naturally as you generate tokens and play cantrips), while Doom Reigns Supreme drains opponents incrementally. Your finisher is usually a wall of menace creatures that can't be stopped without a boardwipe — or sometimes an Individual Villain equipped with threats like Loki's Scepter or Mjölnir.

Skip expensive Infinity Stones; use basic Villain creatures like Dread Wanderer or Putrid Imp in place of rare Villains, and replace Mjölnir with budget equipment like Embercleave or Coat of Arms.
