Strategy
Commander Raffi Musiker is a flexible recursion engine in mono-black, letting you choose between graveyard exile (life gain) or artifact generation (card draw) whenever she enters the battlefield. The core gameplan revolves around blinking or recurring Raffi to trigger her modal ability repeatedly, turning a repeatable two-for-one into a powerful value engine. You'll stock your deck with cards that benefit from Clue tokens (sacrifice outlets, card draw payoffs) and graveyard interaction, while also running creatures with enter-the-battlefield effects to maximize blink value. The deck wins through a combination of incremental value, life gain, and card advantage that eventually lets you out-resource opponents and close with commander damage or a swarm of threats.
